Co-Founder — Business & Sales
Magdeburg · DACH region · Founding role · Pre-seed
View full description

Who We Are

KairosGeist is a workforce planning engine for shift-based industries, currently focused on independent hotels, with care homes as a mid-term target market across the DACH region. We generate fair, legally compliant shift plans in seconds — enforcing ArbZG in Germany, AZG in Austria, and ArG in Switzerland — and we're building the intelligence layer this space has never had. We're pre-seed, founded in Magdeburg. I'm the technical co-founder, building the product myself. What's missing is someone to help lay the foundation on the business side.

What You'll Do

  • Talk directly to hotel operators to understand their real operational and compliance pain points
  • Turn early conversations into founding partner commitments
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Build and run the sales pipeline, from first outreach to signed customer
  • Represent KairosGeist in person — visits, industry events, conversations across DACH
  • Shape pricing, partnership terms, and the onboarding experience alongside the KairosGeist team

What We're Looking For

  • Graduated or about to graduate, with experience in business and sales as a plus, not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in German, fluent in English
  • Comfortable shaping the foundations of sales, partnerships, and business strategy, with no established structure to step into
  • Connections in hospitality or care home operations are a strong plus, not a requirement

What We Offer

  • A monthly salary (exact terms to be discussed directly)
  • Real co-founder equity (exact terms to be discussed directly)
  • Genuine influence over company direction from day one
  • Hands-on experience building the foundations of a company
