Daily housekeeping & maintenance routing

Reading your building's floor plan and live occupancy to auto-route housekeeping and maintenance, minimizing travel and prioritizing VIP rooms. Still in design — shaped by the hotels we partner with early, not guessed at from outside.

Direct PMS & payroll system integration

Automatic data pull from your property management system, and a direct, automated push into DATEV or LODAS — no manual export/import step at all. Today, PMS data is entered manually, and payroll export is a downloadable report your accountant imports.

KairosUhr — QR clock-in for time recording

Rotating, single-use QR codes at your entrance for legally compliant time recording — no facial recognition, no buddy punching. Works standalone for properties that just need time recording, or as part of the full platform. Still in design.

KairosFinance — labor cost & financial dashboard

Labor cost by department, scheduled vs. actual hours, and labor cost as a percentage of revenue — built from data your account already has, no new integration required. A Pro tier adds full property-wide financial tracking and roll-up across multiple properties for owners with more than one. Still in design.

Founding partner program

7 spots

We're opening a founding partner track, limited to seven independent hotels, with real and meaningful terms for those who choose to join early — the earlier you're in, the stronger the terms, and they stay in place for as long as you're a customer, not a temporary pilot rate.

There's no obligation in getting in touch. The benefits only apply if and when you choose to become a founding partner — we're happy to walk through exactly what that looks like when we talk.

Pricing

Pricing depends on your property's size and the modules you need — including terms for our founding partner program (limited to 7 hotels). We'd rather walk you through it directly than post a number that doesn't fit your situation.
